What We Offer
Our Healthcare Assistant service places compassionate, patient-focused HCAs in nursing homes and hospitals across Ireland. Unlike general staffing agencies, we apply a dedicated compliance matrix for care roles: every HCA must hold QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person, alongside patient moving & handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and hand hygiene certifications before they are cleared for work. We also look for candidates with strong communication, reliability, and nursing home experience — and we track certification expiry so your team stays compliant.
The ideal HCA is compassionate, punctual, and confident working independently in care settings — with excellent safeguarding awareness and infection prevention standards.
Role Requirements
QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
Patient moving & handling and safeguarding vulnerable adults
Hand hygiene and infection prevention certification
CPR, dementia awareness, and medication awareness strongly preferred
Required for All Staff
CV with recent work history, valid photo ID, and proof of address
Right-to-work documentation where applicable
Two work references, starter form, and signed contract
Garda vetting completed before activation
Infection prevention & control, fire safety, and manual handling training
